I dont know about safety of ordering, but their cherry pics arent too red. And 2.50$ a piece is more than standard cherry price.

$2.50 is more then standard price? The cheapest I have found them in a store in Denver is $4.50 each. Needless to say...I won't be buying locally.

usually the ones you buy in the store are adults, the ones sold online on the forums here are *typically* juveniles. That is the difference. When I first got my cherry shrimp, I believe i paid $3 a piece for them, in stores its still common to see them for $3-5 for adults.

At stores, they are usually 3-5 dollars a piece. On these forums, you get babies for about a dollar each.

Juveniles adapt better to new conditions too from what I've read & my limited experience.
