What do you think the most underrated "common" fish is?

I love diamond tetras. They are definitely one of the more underrated species in my opinion. Also, Odessa barbs and celestial pearl danios.

I have 1 large tank with hand picked large $0.12 feeder fish, mostly white with orange heads that I pick out on fish delivery day, they always have 1 or 2 large comets that could pass easily as fancy. I know most of the clerks personally so they don't mind picking them out for me. They do double duty as ornamental and volunteer fish in exchange for some good living.

I second the Buenos Aires tetras

Bleeding Heart Tetras. They are just cool to watch.

I'm gonna have to go with Tiger Barbs. Every store in my town that has fish has tiger barbs and of all my friends that have fish tanks, I'm the only one that has tiger barbs. I consider them a very hearty fish, therefore a water change every couple of months is alright. haha just kidding.
