This is for my 65 gallon.

2 bolivian rams
2 gold gouramis
2 jelly bean parrots
5 hatchetfish
6 columbian tetras
6 red eyed tetras
5 mystery snails
10 cherry shrimp

Would they all be good together? Of course I will add many hiding places.

You should have plenty of room for those fish. The only problems that I see with that stocking would be the Gourami should be in a trio (1M/2F) and I personally would skip the Jelly beans (Dyed fish debate could break out, but I would avoid them) and opt for another choice. Also, the cherries may end up as treats unless the tank is heavily planted and they are fully grown. Maybe add to the hatchets and find something else you like to replace the Parrots?
