is a 29 gallon big enough for a bicolor angelfish? liveaquaria says minimum 30 gallons, but if it really reaches 6 inches i feel like a 30 gallon might be too small especially once you consider the rockwork in it. what do you think? i would probably have a couple clownfish and maybe one other small ~2 inch fish in with it.
I don't know about the clowns some of them get like 4 to 5 inches so you'll have a lot of fish in your tank . If you have 1.5 to 2lbs of l.r. per gallon you only have 20 gallons or less water in your tank. Also there are some pretty serious territorial issues with s.w. fish. I'd skip the angel and maybe get a pair of the smaller clowns and some other little fish.
Sorry
Chris
I wouldn't think that you should have more than 3 fish in that size tank. Especially since both clown fish are aggressive and bi colours are very agressive. You could probebly have 2 clowns and 1 bi colour, and nothing else.
