What Else do I need? (Besides Plants and Light)

i know this is probably a stupid question...but I shouldn't have to worry about the flourish affecting the first, right? Seems kinda obvious not to make something that won't be good for fish that's supposed to go into a fish tank, but are there any fish that typically don't like this stuff?

ya better asked then not. if you ever get a shrimp tank i understand to much excel can harm them but when i say to much i mean to much.
