I just need to make sure I have all the nutrients/specifications needed for a successful planted tank!

10 gallon
PH: 7.0
AMMONIA: 0
KH: 6
NITRITE: 0
NITRATE: 0
Co2: 18 ppm (average)
LIGHTING : 3.7 WPG
FERTILIZERS: 2 mL Flourish 3 days a week.
Filtration : whisper 20 w/ high water level for low agitation
SUBSTRATE : 2.5" sand
am i missing anything? I am trying to stay with the product bottles instead of buying in bulk and dosing myself. (nitrates is acceptable though)

With that amount of lighting you should definately be looking at dosing some Nitrate and Phosphate, get a phosphate test kit and see how much is in your water column, before and after water change. For such a small tank you could easily use Seachem Nitrogen and Phosphate without much problem. That also depends on how heavily planted the tank is, if it's pretty lightly you could get away without much dosing, if that's the case I'd definately remove some lighting and keep it simple.

Your CO2 ppm is pretty good. Your traces(Flourish) are good. You need to dose N, K, and P. SeaChem makes products that would help you a great deal with all three of them.
With that much light you need to supply extra nutrients to keep up with the plants' utilization of them or algae issues will ensue.
I suggest the SeaChem because it's a small tank, but later if you find it's getting costly you can get the raw stuff for dosing.
Aquafreak's thread regarding testing N and P is an accurate one.
These two should be monitored closely. Their test kits are important to have, IMO

I took off one of the lights until I can get these fertilizers.... wpg is now at 1.5
