What filter is better?

well I am thinking of doing a 3d background for the tank. It will have a sand bottom and I will have african chilids in it seeing I already have 13 of them.

Whatever you do you can hide the filter intake behind your background, which is nice.

I really like my 350 magnum canister filter, I have had it for about 15 years, with the only replacement parts ever needed were the rubber o-rings and gasket. Runs great, does an awesome job. If I ever have to buy another filter, it will be another 350 magnum.

wet/dry filter. can not go wrong here especially with cichlids.
I hate my mag 350. anyone want to buy it?
