Another LFS poll, I work at an LFS, and am trying to get a few answers to make the strore better so please help out.

I've been using TetraMin for years, so that has always been my favourite brand for 25+ years. But I recently bought a can of Omega One and added that into the rotation, and have noticed the fish going after the Omega with more gusto. It might only be my imagination, though. I don't buy new foods very often, but I heard such good things about Omega One that I had to see the results for myself. I've been pleased with Omega One, so I'd buy another can the next time. I think the list of ingredients is what sold me on Omega One.

Hikari is personally my favorite, but I will only use Omega 1's shrimp pellets- my cats and loaches love em!!!!!

TetraMin is the main food source for my fish, I switch it up sometimes and give them Hikari Brine Shrimp, but whats funny is my Fish seem to like the TetraMin better.

I've used Tetra brand products and some Sera products.

Good fish foods.

For flakes and pellets, I've been very pleased with the response to BioBlend foods from Marine Land. A wider variety of fish will eat them, they tend to remain in the water column longer than any flake, they are easier to store and feed, and all fish have good growth and behavior with them.

tetramin you mean. I tried the omega-one flakes but they are too thin and just disappear in the water and make a big mess. the tetramin flakes are thicker and are easier consumed by the fish. I try to feed as much live and frozen food as possible but on busy evenings they get tetramin. kyle

Agree with everything you said. BioBlend is also my perferred fish food to use. I have definitely noticed that a wide variety of fish love it.
