What food do you feed.

Here is my list:
Seaweed Selects Goldfsih Graze, they like to play with it more than eat it.
TetraExotic Sinking Mini Sticks
Marineland Bio-Blend
Tetra Baby Shrimp
Pro-Gold, maybe the best food dried food that I have.
Collard greens, frozen peas.

I think I am also going to get some red wigglers and see how they work out.

For my Goldfish, I mostly use O.S.I. Goldfish Pellets. Of course, I feed a varied diet with extra protein, and veges at times.

...depends on the age of the fish.

I feed mine Wardlys Goldfish Flakes. They also eat my Pleco's Algea Disks.
