Beside Neon Tetras, I also accomodate 4 Rosy tetra, 2 Serpae tetra I can't get out (fin nippers), 4 penguin tetra, 13 Corydoras of different species, 8 SAE which like to schoal with the Penguin tetra, and 4 Clown loaches.
The shrimps, don't know how many, reproduce too fast, just found another 9 young ones in my filter.
I use pressuarized CO2, believe is necessary, controll the Ph with it. The plants love it, grow like weed.
