What is a Good Live Food

Hey, still working on starting my tank, but looking into live foods. First, do you prefer live food or flake? Second, what is your favorite live food? Third, how easy are they to raise, and how easy is it to keep them. And fourth how often so you feed? I know, a lot of questions but I'm really just starting to really get into the hobby and doing things right. Also, will neons eat live food?
I culture microworms and grindal worms. I hatch baby brine shrimp as well. All are good foods, but none (with the possible exception of bbs) should be fed exclusively.

There are lots of guides for hatching bbs and culturing microworm and grindal worms. So you should google them. In my experience the culturing is super easy to do and the live food is really appreciated by the fish.
