what is amquel?

Not sure if it's the same stuff, but Amquel plus is a water conditioner that also neutralizes ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates.

Great for Fresh water tanks, but have never used it in my SW tanks. But I do add a few drops to my new purchases of SW fish before I acclimate them.

Company isn't sure why my fish died, but is researching it and testing my sample of Amquel Plus.
I'm not blaming them, but I also followed the directions exactly and it is a mystery... They have been excellent to deal with.
