What is the best food??

I use NLS Thera+A as a staple. It's actually quite affordable in bulk, and has a very long shelf life.

I use NLS for all of my fish, with some other food on occassion to give them some variety. I am very happy with the NLS food. I use cichlid formula, growth formula, fry starter, and Thera A.

I use hikari cichlid staple, and hbh 8 veggie flakes. and a cube of bloodworms once a day. I see some amazing growth rates in my africans.
