Another vote for Reef Crystal. Like some people above, I've only used that and Instant Ocean though... But thus far haven't seen a reason to change.

yet again Reef Crystals i really can`t complain with this salt yeah it cost`s more than instant ocean but worth every penny more.........
I think what is going to be found is that most everyone will be happy with any well known reef salt and stick with it because it has worked. If you start with brand X and it works, you keep with brand x. Same goes for brand y

I have not have any issues with the Oceanic (at least that I am aware of) so I will probably stick with that.
Just made some water last night in preparation for a WC. I do not know if anything could possibly disolve any faster than this stuff.... I like it, and I have yet to add any buffer of any sort.
