what is the best substrate

I,m moving my 2 ceylon puffers into a 29g tank and I want to know what my choices are for substrates , as always any help and I,d be grateful. Thanx

I use aragonite over RFUG for almost all my BW tanks. It supplements the buffering capacity of the marine mix significantly against these high bioload fish.
