that's a nice oscar, chile! reminds me of one my mom used to have way back in massachusets, except he was albimo.

Most juveniles start off significantly different from their mature colors/markings. Colors/markings vary quite a bit according to habitat, mood, activity and ect.
 
Nice Oscer I like. I once had two oscer that look a little like that.
