What is this on my oscars gill?

I got home from work today to see this white spot on my Oscar's Gill Doesn't look like ich to me I think him and his tankmate (Jack Dempsey) May have had a disagreement as it wasn't there last night??? What do you all think?

Just a small injury, quite common with aggressive fish. The Oscar probably lost a scale. Maintain good water quality and he will heal within a week.

Yup, definately a scrape. My oscar looks like a leopard some days, sigh. They clear up with good water quality.

Oh yea gotta agree. Mine have had a few minor scrapes in their time together. A little melafix if you got it. "T"
