does anybody know what this is? there are many sliding around round side first (the forked end is their tail) on my 37 gallon FOWLR tank, they are almost 1/4 inch in lenght, are they harmful, should i be worried?

It's a flat worm of some sort . Most of them aren't harmfull there are some that will eat corals etc but, they would be all over it. Most of them are harmless algae eaters or detriovours .
