Wow! I paint a little but no where near your league. I've always wanted to have talent of that caliber. Awesome!

Thanks. I appreciate it since I haven't done any painting in 4 years. Once the youngest starts school this September I'll be back into painting part time, then full time the year after. Looking forward to it :)

As for abstract, no, at least I try to avoid it. Never could get into it and I'm really really terrible at it.

The bottom three are Sennelier & Rowney Pastel on Crescent Suede mat board and the rest are Prismacolor/Faber-Castell/Bruynzeel colored pencil on various surfaces.

Roan Art, those are fabulous!!!
My favourite is the old store window.

This is the best I can do:

Thanks, guys!

The camel, that's Mrs. Joe Camel, btw, is in Australia somewhere.
The belgian draft is in Canada somewhere
The colt was bought by a woman in Florida
The store front is the Stark General Store in the ghost town St. Elmo in Colorado and my mother-in-law commissioned that
The boxer was a commission ordered by my neighbors for another neighbor who's dog was killed over the Christmas holiday a few years back
The woman is my mother and hangs in a rather ornate frame on our wall. All my brother's have Gicleè prints of that painting. It's pretty big.
The only painting in that group that I actually have is "Squaring Up", the girl and horse

I can post more if anyone is interested. Been a while since I posted any of my work.

I also have some Native American style work that I did.

Hey Roan......my name is Eileen too...lol...

Only mentioned that because when I was growing up I didn't know ANYONE else that had that name. It was such an uncommon name back then where I'm from.....it's seems to be much more common now.

Hey Roan, please post any and all, especially the native American stuff. My wife loves those.
