What is with my oranda?

I woke up this morning and he ahs this white stuff..not ich on one part of his fin. I tried to take a pic..very hard to get it - this is the best i could do

is this fin rot? his fin is torn

hes not acting any different. still eating..no rubbing etc...

Looks like he tore his fin on something and it's healing up. Feed him some medicated antibacterial food and keep an eye on it. Keep your water very clean and he should be fine.
