What kind betta in a LFS

I got my Crowntail from Petsmart. Their bettas are kept in cups, but they were really healthy looking.

As for the differences between the two, here are some pictures. You should be able to tell, if you know what each type looks like (well atleast between crowntail and veiltail) even in the cups. ;)

At the petstores around here (chain stores) Crowntails are usually more expensive. They are beautiful though. :)
 
I got my bettas on aquabid.com sure theyre pricey but with all the money in tanks electricity and food,skimping on the price of a fish just doesnt make sense to me.Esp with bettas the difference between whats avail from petstores and what specialists breed is incredible
