what kind of blastos are these just got them last night

Anyone have sexy shrimp how are they as far as taking care of. I read they do better in groups of 3 but what would you put in a 12 gallon aquapod.

You might be suprised how tiny they are. I love my scarlett skunk cleaner shrimp...although they have no interest in cleaning fish.

bluegrizzlies, sexy shrimp are tiny and you could easily keep 3 in an Aquapod 12 imo. I'm considering them for my Biocube 8.

I agree that your blasto is not merletti, but don't know exactly what it is myself.

I only had one in my very first tank. He was the first thing I ever put in. I had him for 12 months then added a dwarf lionfish (yes I have learnt my lesson!!!) I'd definately recommend them as they're quite cute to watch them shake their butts!!!

it is absolutly a blasto wellsi. merlettis branch while wellsis spread out and encrust.

I think they are Blastomussa Wellsi. Merleti is usually much more compact. I'd feed them and keep them in lower light until they start to color up so as not to overstress them. Mine love mysis.
