What kind of plants to put in a frog/tadpole tank?

At my work we have just got ourselves a frog and some tadpoles, I was thinking of chucking some java moss in the water, or would you suggest something else or maybe just fake plants?

It would depend on the lighting. Java moss sounds pretty standard and I think it's a great choice. Also, any java fern would also be great.
