Maybe an otto or a few more gohst shrimp - I wouldn't add much else. Your pretty much full of fish with that bristlenose plec in there.

Apple snails can get up to 6"...not a great choice for a tiny tank. They're also very good at getting OUT of tanks, so a good fitting lid, preferably heavy enough it couldn't shove it open would be needed.

Why are you trying to stuff more into your tank?
