That looks so gross. I tried to determine if its photoshoped but I can't really tell, I just know how to photoshop things myself, not determine fakes, lol

This picture is indeed real. It has been reposted numerous times on the arowana forums of MFK. They are known as Lion-Head Arowana or something like that and its a deformity of their gills and face. There is this other specimen where the face is bloated with a lot of "bubbles" under its skin to the point where it resembles a lionhead goldfish, which I'm assuming where it got its name. Very disgusting and it doesn't get any better every time i see it.

OMG that is so gross, that still shot is all I can take, I refuse to click on the video...I seriously vomited in my mouth a little....why on earth would anyone EVER want this fish? I have to think it's probably painful for the poor arowana as well....yuck.
OMG i cannot believe that!! That is so sad.......... And seriously... who would want that fish...... And it actually has a NAME!!?
