What Pleco is this?

Can someone tell me what Pleco this is? I have been told many things and so I would like to know once and for all. Thanks for your help.

It looks very similar to brown common plecos to me.

Albino Chocolate. I've seeen them listed with the species name the same as sailfin plecos.
