Which tank? If 55g, I'd rehome the butterfly loach. Try Ancistrus or Panaque maccus. A 10g will fit only otos.

Ahh..Try the Ancistrus. Are these jewels Hemichromis bimaculatus? They won't mix well with your other fish for long.

i am sure 1 is. they came out of the same tank at lfs at the same time but do not look like the same fish. 1 looks like a gutta-something maybe?

Try posting some pics so we can identify them for you but if these happen to be unsuitable for your other fish, then you'll have to rehome both. Better safe than wait.

I have 2 small skunk botias in a 55 with a tank full of jewel cichlids. They do fine, but there are also alot of rocks and crevices.
