New 29gal tank. In it now are 2 Head & Tail lights, and 4 Neons. Any suggestions for the next round of addititons?

I'd start out by filling out the schools you currently have started so that you have 6 of each kind of tetra. Even better would be having 12 of the same species, but mixing them will be fine also if you prefer it that way.

You could get some cories or another small scavenger fish for the bottom. Maybe kuhli loaches, whatever you like as long as they stay small as adults.

You could also get a single show fish like a betta, paradise fish or a gourami.

It really all depends on what you like. Post back with any fish you've seen that you'd like to try out and someone will let you know if it will work with your tank size and the fish you have already.

I'm assuming that you're testing the water for ammonia and nitrItes and doing water changes as needed to keep the levels below .50ppm? Tetras aren't very hardy fish and can die easily in a cycling tank. Don't add any more fish until your ammonia and nitrItes are 0 for a few days in a row. Even then, only add 1-3 at a time to give the tank time to re-cycle to the extra fish load again before adding the next batch (1-2 weeks in between generally).

I like the Dwarf Goramis and Rams. I have been testing the water and it's all okay.

Rams are very nice, I just bought a male and female German Blue Ram and have them in my 20g until my Bio-Spira finishes up cycling my 29g just like yours. Definitely don't get them until your 29g is done cycling though and they are a very fragile fish and the cycling process will almost surely kill them.

I plan on having...
10 Rummy Nose Tetras
6 Cory
3 Otos
2 German Blue Rams
1 Honey Dwarf Gouramis (and my LFS is very good about taking fish back if he/she doesn't get along with my Rams)

You might want to consider something similiar, 6 H&T Lights, 6 Neons, and basically fill in the rest with something similiar to what I've got here... but what you like.

Got a nice Marble Angel last night.

Nitrite = 0.0ppm
Amonia = 0.0 ppm
Ph = 7.5

What are your nitrate readings? Also, when the angel gets big enough, say goodbye to your neon tetras... that's a natural food source for Angels.

yeah your neons will slowley disapear as the angel grows i would recomend taking it back or giving the neons away i learned this the hard way when i was little we had a 20 gal and about 20 neons and one goldfish this tank had no lid..lol ..we were given an angel fish and he ate the neons as i watched in horror and my gold fish jumped out ..i think he commited suicide because he couldnt stand the horror of the angel fish ..lol but i have learned much since then and don't think that i would try it again...
