i thought a 90 gallon - 100 gallon was recommend for a jaguar pair?

A regular 90 has the same "foot print" as a 75, 48" X 18". So there is really no difference in the size of the fish it can support. A standard 100 is 60" X 18" X 20". You might be able to house a pair of Jags in it if they are REALLY compatible, but you will have no room for error. I'd stick with the single Cuban, or select a pair of fish that won't get over 8" or 10".

maybe ill just put my large jack Dempsey pair in there

thanks mark since its such a large tank could i divide it and place another pair on the the other side?
