Omega One Veggie Rounds for my P. saulosi. They love it. Also Ken's Veggie Flake. They like the Omega One better.
I feed the Mbuna first, then put conventional food in for the other species. The Mbuna still eat it (like children, they prefer to eat what is not good for them), but I figure that they have enough roughage in their guts to prevent bloat.
