What should I upgrade?

I was thinking about possibly upgrading something but let me know If even really need too upgrade anything or just leave it. I was either thinking about upgrading from my DIY co2 to pressurized or changing my 2 6500k t8 bulbs to either a t5 fixture or led. What do you guys think would be the smartest to do first ?

My tank is a 20 long

good steady co2 system first.

it might be one heck of an investment... but it's one heck of an investment.
 
I am not a plant expert, but double bulbs(even T8) on a 12" tank is a decent amount of light. Increasing and maintaining CO2 levels seems to be the first key to success with plants.
 
sweet i suppose thats what ill do. I need a bottle, regulator and needle valve right? Im putting the c02 directly into the canister through the intake
