What the heck is wrong with my Blyxa japonica?

Sorry it's hard to see. If you look past the other plants in the way, you can see the Blyxa in that green pot with the clay gravel. It's the only thing planted in that pot. As you can kind of see, they're not doing well all of a sudden. The blades have turned brownish and see-through.

I haven't refilled my DIY CO2 in a while but none of the other plants seem to care and also, that's never effected my Blyxa before.

I haven't purchased my better fertilizers yet so I'm still using Seachem Flourish and API Leaf Tone. I have this lighting: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Lights-Of...-Aquarium-Bulb-1ct-Fish-Aquatic-Pets/10448675

It's a 2.5 gallon well stocked so the fish are adding to nutrients too. Algae isn't a problem in this tank.
 
I had trouble with blyxa too, big & little. I think it was due to lack of CO2 but both, I didn't get good roots, looked fine for a couple months then died.
