what the heck, tiger barb jumps and hits its head on the hood??

I remeber one time I looked into my tank early one morning and woke up my angel. She was so scared she darted right into the glass and knocked herself out cold for a couple seconds. She woke up after me freaking out and tapping the glass a little. :dive2:

Didn't I read somewhere that some fish will make a jump for it if they don't like the tank?

just not sure if its true though..

but for swordtails, none of mine jumps away from the pond..
in other tanks where the water appears to be bad.. they jump off to their deaths... hmmm :look:
