What to add to plants?

[Dwarf Puffers]

My plants grow fine on there own, especially when fertalized with my young guppy droppings.

Anyone know any good fertalizers that i could give a try?

I understand the urge to try other things.. experiment... but, why mess with something that works? Are you looking for more growth? A change in lighting perhaps?

Are you injecting any Co2 bubbles into the tank? I find my plants really love that and bloom well with it.

I use an iron based water fertilizer as I was warned that some fertilizers are ammonia/ammonium (?) based.

what lighting do yuo have over the tank and how much of it? are you adding co2?

i use dry ferts from.

saves a lot of money over the liquid ferts. you might get better growth by changing your lighting or adding co2 depending on what set up you have now.
