Try the Six-Line. From most accounts, you're not going to be able to get rid of them, just control their numbers and keep them from reaching plague status. I know Jim Roth has the things in droves, he may be a good guy to talk to. I also seem to remember another flatworm-eating fish being passed around the NJRC. You may want to nose through the board on RC.
Most advice I've seen on them is to add a known flatworm predator, siphon them out when you can, and reduce feedings. I spotted a few in my nano way back, but they were never able to flourish, and I haven't seen one in several months. I attribute this to the next-to-nothing feeding routine on this tank, but who knows?
