What to do with a big bowl/tank with cover

If you look at this website and look at the biggest smallworld round tanks that's what I have.

I will get a SMALLWORLD PUMP & FILTER KIT for it. I'm wondering what my options are to put in it.

why would you buy those crap, just get a regular 10 gallon aga glass tank. It costs about the same or probably cheaper and you will have a lot more options and the fish will be happier. The only thing i would put in that plastic cup is a few cherry red shrimps.

I liked the idea of putting a cricket in there. I think it would be plenty roomy for even a pair of crickets. Have you seen Mulan? You could have a lucky cricket! And they are very inexpensive! In fact you could probably find one somewhere just laying around--;)

I've got a 1 gallon that I'm using as a snail hatchling grow out tank. After they get big enough to move into their grow out tub, I plan on putting 3 or 4 ghost shrimp or cherry reds in there plus some common ramshorns. I might even try to "selectively breed" the ramshorns for the blood red version of them. Could be a fun experiement.

Forget the betta!

A few white cloud minnows will do the trick, hey, they may even breed. Also, they require no heater and are fairly cheap. You could even add a few ghost shrimp and some easy to maintain live plants.
