its been soaking for several days, and I boiled it today. the water is a real red color. still leeching, hope by next week it will be good to go. I was going to add it to my 55 with moss, but the sevrum is eating all the moss off the other drift wood alread. I am betting by morning he has it all eaten .
I believe duckweed will go in there, he can eat that!
if you are not in a rush with the wood then keep soaking it, but unless you like the "natural" look then add it when ever and see how you like it.. for some its pleasing to the eye for others its a :jaw:
