Thats normal for a nice fish store... Around the Pittsburgh area we have 2 very nice stores with almost all show tanks.. Wet Pets and friends is an amazing store and Elmers aquarium is pretty nice. Both have websites and both will ship fish anywhere in the world. Plus they will sell you any fish you want unless its one of there breeders.
Sometimes I don't have time to get to the store during the guarantee period so I freeze them. When I buy replacements I thaw out the body and take it in a day or two afterward.
