I got 3 angels for my new 75 gallon tank about 4 or 5 weeks ago, thinking they were small enough to not have to worry about pairing up(bodies not including fins are only about 1.25 inches). Well, it certainly looks like two of them have, and they keep going after the third one anytime it shows itself. Chasing it around and making it stay in hiding.
Is it worth thinking about getting another one or two so it's not the only one getting chased? Getting rid of it so it won't get picked on and only keeping the two that are paired? Which would work out better?
I don't recall having this problem last time I had angelfish, but it was a 125 gallon tank with about 8 or 9 angelfish, so even when they were paired up there were lots of others around.
