What to feed baby mystery snails?

I came home today and found about a gazillion newly hatched mystery snails in my net breeder. There are also about 15 one-day old panda cory fry in there as well. Will the mystery snails eat Hikari First Bites? That's what I start my baby panda's on.

Also, will the snails cause problems for the pandas or vice-versa?

They will eat anything you give them. Flake, First bites, cory pellets, etc. Unlike fish, size doesn't matter, they will still nom nom nom on it. Mine are loose in the tank and they eat whatever they can find. Never a problem for them.

Though I've had terrible baby mystery snail survival rates in the past (they were starving I think thanks to all the yellow shrimp in with them), I seem do be doing much better with them this time around by feeding Kens veggie sticks with calcium in little bits all along the front glass of my 20g twice a day. Sure, the pond snail population is booming, but my baby mysteries are alive!
