What to feed baby sailfin mollies?

I'm pretty new to this, but I have a pair of Sailfin Mollies that just had some babies. I managed to save 5 and put them in another tank. What should I feed them to keep them alive?

You can feed them anything. Crushed flakes are readily accepted.

Very crushed flakes will do. If not in your LFS you could find a small bag of food specifically for newborn fish that is basically powder; you could look into this, if not go with flakes.

Petsmarts carry Hikari Fry Food, or hatch out baby brine shrimp.

There is a specialty food made by hikari call first bites.Those would really help your fish along

Go with the "first bites" or get some decapsulated brine shrimp eggs all have worked well for my livebearer fry

Feed them a mixture of crushed flake and bbs, bbs will result in fantastic growth but be careful about not offering a balanced nutritional diet. Bbs is a very good source of protein but thats about it so be sure to offer some good quality crushed flake as well. I wouldnt waste the money on specialty baby food for live bearers as they are big enough to eat the flakes the parents eat crushed up.
