I searched unsuccessfully so now I will ask. What do you feed Guppy fry? It seems I have baby guppies swimming around. I placed the 8 I found in a breeder basket to protect them from others. Can you just crush up regular fish flakes? Will they feed off an algae wafer? Any tips will help.

Frozen baby brine shrimp works a treat and is recommended. However finely crushed flake will suffice.

I have used finely crushed up flakes, but found that buying food from the LFS particularly for fry worked much better. It is ground up as fine as sand so they can eat it better.

I always save the dust that remains in the bottom of the flake cans to feed guppy fry. A 1oz. always leaves enough food for a week.

Also, I've seen some kind of jelly that is used to raise fry.
