What to have for a Clean up Crew?

After going to my LFS I have:
7 Astraea Snails
2 Mexican Turbos
4 Bumble Bee Snails
4 Nassarius Snails
1 Chestnut Turbo Snail
1 Trochus Snail
4 Scarlet Hermit Crabs
1 Emerald Crab

Is that getting better do you thiink? or should i keep adding snails and hermits now until they can control the algea in my tank?

Phos 0 (i use phos and silicate remover)
Calcium 400 (i use b-ionic for buffer)
Alk not sure gunna test today when I get home
PH 8.0 at night and 8.15 durring day
