what to put in a 210 gal?

actually the more I research, the more I'm intrigued by Siamese Tigerfish (Datnioides microlepis). now THEY look impressive!!

looks like they get pretty big, but in a 210 gal tank I should be able to accommodate 2 or 3.

thoughts?

I have always wanted to do a Huge Planted Dwarf puffer tank :)

I have a 210G myself and it definitly gives you a lot of options. I have a somewhat community set-up right now, but I think if I ever did it over again I would try either a few hundred neons, a large mix of small fish, or a native species tank with perch or small sunfish.

this is what i've got planned so far for my 210 gal. tell me what you think about compatability, etc.

Geophagus surinamensis (probably 3 or 4)
Siamese Tigerfish Coius microlepis (1)
bala sharks Balantiocheilos melanopterus (4)

balas & geophagus are docile. I read Tigerfish are mostly aggressive towards their own kind, so that's why I'm planning to get just one.

any other (peaceful) tankmates you might suggest?

1 freshwater ray, 1 black ghoste, 2 plecos, 2 blue lobsters (crayfish). 2 bala sharks.

I'll pass on the Arowana. Cool looking fish, but I'm not looking for anything that gets that big.
