I'm starting a planted tank. I would like to know what I should test the water for? I already test for ph, ammonia, nitrate and nitrite.

The big three, IMO are N & P both tank and tap and kH if you intend to inject gas.
In that case pH would be a must as well.
A well planted tank will take care of Ammonia and NitrItes if a minimal number of fish are kept until the bio-colony is established.
