I like half-moon plakats...so I chose "other". I really like all colors, it just depends on that particular betta. I do prefer the colors that are harder to find at the pet store.

What colors? Some people have said white and yellow, are there any others?

If you're counting on selling them to an LFS, you should ask them what (if any) kinds of bettas they would be willing to buy from you

I know that they will buy them from me, but I didn't think to ask what types.

I really like copper and steel blue. There's also black, orange, mustard gas, lavender, etc. I've seen a lot of interesting colors on aquabid.

Copper is one of my favorites also. I have noticed that nice looking Mustard Gas Bettas will sell for quite a high price on Aquabid. Every time I go to aquabid and look at the bettas I end up falling in love lol!

Cool link, Slappy! I've never seen a wild betta before...

I think crowntails are the most striking, but I like any betta that's pretty. ^_^ As for colours, again, I'm not that picky personally, but I like the more vibrant colours, as opposed to pastels or mottled whites. When a betta's colour is all washed out, it just doesn't have the same impact as another specimen with deep, intense colouration.

And I for one dislike piebald faces. I think they're actually kinda ugly. :X
