Ignore the dates.

All i know about it is that its a male, saw the white breeding spots on gill covers, and that it is white, and beautiful.

missing scales are from lfs, he jumped out of the net and was caught by employee before hitting the ground. he is eating ravinously.

also i want to be sure he will be good for my pond when spring comes, pond has a channel catfish and two koi and a shubunkin already.

I'm going with a white comet with a little fin deterioration. Is the red streaking on the tail his coloring, or possibly something else? Pretty fish, though!

Comets are fine for ponds, but he may be a good target for predators, due to his coloring.

the fins arent torn, i tried to show with the camera and my crappy pic skills that its tail looks double or extra long, pink or red yah see in the pick is just the blood showing through its skin.

the tail when he perks it up looks like a fantails but his body tells me shubunkin.

the only flaws he has is he might be blind in the eye that is shown in the pic, bumps into stuff when turning on that side. small lumps in the tail fin and he likes to sag his tail fin.

got him from the lfs at this size, someone trade him in.

he is more pink in person. also he likes to wait tell the other / smaller fish in the tank eat some food before he goes at it, he either does this on purpose or is a little slow, but either way he is the most polite fish ive had.
