What will aid my Live Rock?

I was wondering what would help my live rock?

1. Do any of you guys add supplements to your live rock? like Iodine or calcium?

2. Do I need special lighting for live rock? I currently have 2 10,000k 15 watt lights in my 55gl and 1 20 watt 50/50 light in my 30gl.

3. What will help my live rock flourish?

I've been told that "feeding" the rock

reef advance calcium

and

reef builder

everyother day, on offsetting days

RAC one day, RB the next, etc

will help the rock

What do you have growing on the live rock? Whether to supplement or not depends on what is growing.

i use aragamilk

i use aragamilk to stimulate my LR. It is like popeyes spinach for my LR.
