I'm thinking about setting up another tank to house a couple of angelfish. What would you recomend for the whole setup (size shape filter tankmates plants water etc)?
never put an angel in a 10 gallon tank. This 10 gallon rule starts after the minimum of 20 gallons. The 10 galons just sin't fair enough for the Angels top and bottom fins to be natural.star_rider said:rule of thumb for angels...1 angel per 10 gallons.
the angels grow big and tall..a tall tank is preferred.
Lots of cover, I would include bog wood or driftwood maybe a small root tangle.
also angels love vegetation and prefer amazon sword plants..
