What would you do in this situation?

I paid for some items a week ago. I paid last Monday, 13th, didn't get a reply so I sent an email Tuesday, 14th. I was told they would ship this Monday (20th yesterday) since there were live and didn't want to get caught at the PO. I've recieved no communication on the sellers end since last Tuesday when I emailed asking if my package was sent and was told they would go on the 20th. I sent a PM, I saw the person did sign on, but made no reply to my PM. This morning I sent an email to the personals paypal addy asking if my items shipped yesterday and if so please provide tracking #. If not I requested a refund. No reply as of yet but, it is still early.

Is this the correct way to go about handling things? What do I do if I don't get an email? Or I get a round about I'll ship next Monday crap? :mad2:

I don't want to deal w/a dispute I just want the items I paid for, or my $$ back and I will chalk it up to don't deal w/that person again. :swear:

A little input, advice, feedback would be appreciated:help:
